Double Shovel PILATES LITE
Service Description
Join us for a special, candle lit Pilates event at the Double Shovel cider house. Ticket price includes a 1 hour class and token for a 12 ounce cider of choice. Please bring your own mat! Sunrise Signature Pilates is an upbeat, Contemporary Pilates style class with a full body approach. Workouts will focus on core strengthening, mobility, cardio, stability with a hint of Yoga. Based on the idea that we should be working all of the muscles of the body together, in the way that they should be functionally engaging for optimal alignment and healthy movement. Classes may incorporate bands, Pilates balls, and dumbbells. All levels welcome. No refunds or cancellations but you are welcome to find a friend to take your spot if you are not able to attend.

Cancellation Policy
*Mid morning + evening classes require a cancellation within 2 hours of start time to avoid paying in full *Classes that begin at/before 6am require cancellation prior to 9:30pm the night before *Unlimited package holders will be charged $9.63 per no show. If class was full and/or a Spin/Spin Combo class, no-show fee will be increased to $14.98. Drop-ins, 5 & 10 class packs will not be refunded.
