Service Description
* = HEATED to 80-85 degrees with infrared for a boost in overall health. Yoga Sculpt is an effortless blend of Yoga + Pilates. Dumbbells, Pilates balls, & bands may be utilized. Class format consists of Yoga flows + Pilates strength exercises concluded with a relaxing stretch out and Savasana. Music is poppin' and the stretches arrive at just the right time. Unlike our Pilates format, there will be no cardio intensive exercises. All levels welcome. Explicit lyrics may be present. *Be sure to inform your instructor of any current/former injuries prior to class.

Cancellation Policy
*CANCELLATIONS: bookings must be cancelled on the booking platform (not by messaging Sunrise Studio) before the 3 HOURS to class start time window to receive a credit back. Failure to do so results in a No-Show fee if you booked with an Unlimited membership. Class pass will not be credited back. Unlimited plan holders will be charged $15 per no show for a class that was not full and/or did not involve Spin. If class was full and/or involved Spin, no-show fee will increase to $18. *5:30-6AM CLASSES: require cancellation prior to 9:30pm the night before to avoid a No-Show fee *WAITLIST: members will be auto added in order if a spot opens up prior to 3 hours to class start time. Please be prepared and check your app or email 3 hours to start time to confirm your booking
