HOW DO I...

Manage my class bookings?
The easiest, most convenient way for you to manage/view your bookings is through the FitbyWix App. If instructed for a code, it is XQT7LI. You can download the FItbyWix app directly from your App Store or you can click on the header pop-up from our mobile website. If you do not wish to download the FitbyWix app, you can manage your bookings by logging in to your account. Login option is present on the header at the top of the page.
Book with a Youth Package?
Your youth must create their own account on the FitbyWix app or desktop account. From there, they can purchase the Youth Pack. This will ensure that the class passes are synced with their account. If you wish to control their account, log out of your FitbyWix account. Then create a new account for them. You can toggle between the two.
Cancel a Monthly Subscription?
From your FitbyWix app account, click on your circular profile icon in the upper most left corner > Select your profile name > My Activities > Subscriptions > Select subscription you wish to cancel > Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner > Cancel Subscription

Where to find us?
Park anywhere downtown in the Subway/First National parking square or off of the main road in front of the Movie Theater. We are located in the alley between First National Bank drive through and Bases Loaded.
What to bring?
Yoga mat if you have one! Otherwise, we have everything you need for class. If attending a non-heated class, please bring a pair of indoor gym shoes that have not been worn outdoors. Change them at the door upon entering the studio.
When you arrive..
Remove outdoor shoes at the door. Sign in at the front desk prior to each class and fill out a waiver if you haven't done so online. Pre-signing up for class always makes the process go smoother. However, you are more than welcome to sign-up once you arrive. Managing your bookings is always easier through the FitbyWix app. To download this app, access our website from a mobile device and click on the header pop-up that directs you to the app. Invite code is: XQT7LI
Can't make it to class?
Please cancel your booking at least 2 hours prior to class start time. If it is a class that begins at/before 6am, cancellation is required by 9:30pm the night prior. If you should not meet the cancellation window, your class pass will not be refunded. If booked with an Unlimited Plan, you will be sent a $5 no-show fee.
