Buns N' Guns

Service Description

Buns N' Guns is a strength/endurance based class that targets all muscle groups. Expect higher rep ranges, weighted cardio bursts and lots of time under tension to burn out those buns n' guns! Muscle confusion is key to seeing results and preventing plateaus. Instructors will present various levels to ensure that all fitness levels are accommodated. Explicit lyrics may be used. All levels welcome. *Be sure to inform your instructor of any current/former injuries as well as any medical concerns prior to class.

Cancellation Policy

*Mid morning + evening classes require a cancellation within 2 hours of start time to avoid paying in full *Classes that begin at/before 6am require cancellation prior to 9:30pm the night before *Unlimited package holders will be charged $9.63 per no show. If class was full and/or a Spin/Spin Combo class, no-show fee will be increased to $14.98. Drop-ins, 5 & 10 class packs will not be refunded.
