Service Description
HEATED to 80–85° with infrared heat for an added boost to overall wellness. Flow & Restore is a thoughtfully crafted practice that blends mobility, balance, and restorative asanas into one dynamic experience. Expect creative transitions, non-linear movement patterns, and modern mobility work woven seamlessly into traditional yoga poses — balanced with intentional moments of stillness to reconnect with the present moment. Perfect for experienced yogis looking to slow their practice, while still remaining approachable for beginners. Please inform your instructor of any current or past injuries, pregnancies, or medical concerns prior to class. All information will remain private between you and your instructor.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made from member at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations/no-shows: Unlimited members: $16.05 fee for classes that were not full and/or not Spin Class passes: will not be credited back 5:30–6:00 AM CLASSES: Must be cancelled by 9:30 PM the night before to avoid a fee. WAITLIST: If a spot opens more than 3 hours before class, you’ll be auto-added in order. Please check your app/email at the 3-hour mark to confirm your spot.
