Service Description
* = HEATED to 80-85 degrees with infrared for a boost in overall health. Harmony Flow is the perfect balance of strength + calming Yoga. For the first half of class, participants will be guided into a creative, energizing-flow with the second half transitioning into a relaxing flow. A restoring 5-minute Savasana will conclude the hour leaving your mind + body in perfect harmony. *Be sure to inform your instructor of any current/former injuries as well as medical concerns prior to class. As always, your private information will stay between you and the instructor.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made from member at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations/no-shows: Unlimited members: $16.05 fee for classes that were not full and/or not Spin Class passes: will not be credited back 5:30–6:00 AM CLASSES: Must be cancelled by 9:30 PM the night before to avoid a fee. WAITLIST: If a spot opens more than 3 hours before class, you’ll be auto-added in order. Please check your app/email at the 3-hour mark to confirm your spot.
