Service Description
**= Heated to 80–85°F with infrared heat to support overall wellness, flexibility, and recovery. Experience the perfect balance of strength based Asana’s alongside relaxation. The first half of class features a creative, energizing flow designed to build strength, improve mobility, and awaken the body. As the practice progresses, you’ll transition into a slower, more restorative sequence that encourages deep relaxation and mindful connection. A peaceful Savasana will conclude your class, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and in harmony—both physically and mentally. Format will vary slightly from instructor to instructor, allowing for individual creativity. Please inform your instructor of any current or previous injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before class begins so modifications can be provided as needed. Your privacy and personal information will remain confidential.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made from member at least 5 hours before class. Late cancellations/no-shows: Unlimited members: $15 + tax fee per no show Class passes: will not be credited back 5:30–6:00 AM CLASSES: Must be cancelled by 9:30 PM the night before to avoid a fee. WAITLIST: If a spot opens more than 3 hours before class, you’ll be auto-added in order. Please check your app/email at the 3-hour mark to confirm your spot.
