Service Description
* = HEATED to 80-85 degrees with infrared for a boost in overall health. Hatha Flow is an all-levels yoga class that weaves together a variety of poses while balancing strength and softness, effort and ease. Expect clear alignment cues to support safe and empowered movement, as well as opportunities to pause, breathe, and connect more deeply with yourself and your practice. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a grounding and rejuvenating experience. *Be sure to inform your instructor of any current/former injuries as well as medical concerns prior to class.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made from member at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations/no-shows: Unlimited members: $16.05 fee for classes that were not full and/or not Spin Class passes: will not be credited back 5:30–6:00 AM CLASSES: Must be cancelled by 9:30 PM the night before to avoid a fee. WAITLIST: If a spot opens more than 3 hours before class, you’ll be auto-added in order. Please check your app/email at the 3-hour mark to confirm your spot.
