Service Description

Kickstart your week with 20 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT), followed by 20 minutes of true strength training. AKA the ultimate calorie burning, muscle building combo! HIIT training involves short bursts of high intensity exercises with brief rest breaks. Whether you are training to be the fittest you can be or simply desire a short + effective workout, this is it! Low impact options will always be presented. Explicit lyrics may be used. Please inform your instructor of any current/former injuries/medical concerns prior to class. Let's HIIT it!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made from member at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations/no-shows: Unlimited members: $16.05 fee for classes that were not full and/or not Spin Class passes: will not be credited back 5:30–6:00 AM CLASSES: Must be cancelled by 9:30 PM the night before to avoid a fee. WAITLIST: If a spot opens more than 3 hours before class, you’ll be auto-added in order. Please check your app/email at the 3-hour mark to confirm your spot.
