Service Description

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. 10 minutes early is required for new spinners. Doors lock at start time. Just Spin is all the energy you know and love minus the choreography. Riders will build the foundation with runs, jogs, climbs and sprints . Class is designed to improve stamina, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle strength. Explicit lyrics may be used. All levels welcome. REQUIRED: Bring clean, indoor sneakers. Clips are SPD compatible.
