Service Description
*= Pre-heated to a soothing 70–75° with infrared. This beat driven, Pilates-inspired sculpt class blends light weights, endurance training, and deep core activation. Expect the best of both worlds: lengthened, toned muscles and elevated fat burn from start to finish. Explicit lyrics may be present. Please inform your instructor of any injuries/medical concerns prior to class.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made from member at least 3 hours before class. Late cancellations/no-shows: Unlimited members: $16.05 fee for classes that were not full and/or not Spin Class passes: will not be credited back 5:30–6:00 AM CLASSES: Must be cancelled by 9:30 PM the night before to avoid a fee. WAITLIST: If a spot opens more than 3 hours before class, you’ll be auto-added in order. Please check your app/email at the 3-hour mark to confirm your spot.
