Service Description

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. 10 minutes early is required for new spinners. Doors lock at start time. Spin is a 45-minute, Rhythm-based indoor cycling class that will get your heart pumping, sweat pouring and set your soul on fire! Class is designed to improve stamina, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle strength. You can expect interval drills, arm choreography, climbs & sprints in this 45-minute ride set to inspiring music. With Spin 1, riders will see just as much physical intensity as Spin 2, however, arm choreography will be kept simple. If you are new to rhythm Spin, this is a great starting point! Choose to hit every choreography move or just stick to the rhythm ride. Either way, we will be rooting you on! Explicit lyrics may be used. All levels welcome. REQUIRED: Bring clean, indoor sneakers. Clips are SPD compatible.
