*Sunrise Flow
Service Description
* = HEATED to 80-85 degrees with infrared for a boost in overall health. Sunrise Flow is a practice that blends mobility with strength and balance into every class. One can expect unique movements integrated into traditional yoga poses as well as brief moments of stillness to connect with present. This allows for creativity from instructor to instructor and more non linear movement patterns. A great class for advanced Yogi’s looking to spice up their traditional flows as well as newbies looking to dive into their Yoga journey. The end goal of SF is to leave participants feeling balanced in mind + body + soul. *Be sure to inform your instructor of any current/former injuries as well as medical concerns prior to class. As always, your information will be kept private between you and the instructor.

Cancellation Policy
*CANCELLATIONS: bookings must be cancelled on the booking platform (not by messaging Sunrise Studio) before the 3 HOURS to class start time window to receive a credit back. Failure to do so results in a No-Show fee if you booked with an Unlimited membership. Class pass will not be credited back. Unlimited plan holders will be charged $15 per no show for a class that was not full and/or did not involve Spin. If class was full and/or involved Spin, no-show fee will increase to $18. *5:30-6AM CLASSES: require cancellation prior to 9:30pm the night before to avoid a No-Show fee *WAITLIST: members will be auto added in order if a spot opens up prior to 3 hours to class start time. Please be prepared and check your app or email 3 hours to start time to confirm your booking
