Service Description
* = HEATED to 80-85 degrees with infrared for a boost in overall health. Vinyasa is often referred to as “mediation in motion”. Poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. Flows start out simple and repeat throughout the hour, building on to the foundational poses that class starts with. Classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. All levels welcome! *Be sure to inform your instructor of any current/former injuries as well as medical concerns prior to class.

Cancellation Policy
*Mid morning + evening classes require a cancellation within 2 hours of start time to avoid paying in full *Classes that begin at/before 6am require cancellation prior to 9:30pm the night before *Unlimited package holders will be charged $9.63 per no show. If class was full and/or a Spin/Spin Combo class, no-show fee will be increased to $14.98. Drop-ins, 5 & 10 class packs will not be refunded.
